1. Return & Exchange Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Btrendy garments. If an item does not fit or meets expectations, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must satisfy the following conditions:
- The garment must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and without any fragrance, stains, or damage.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.
- You must provide the Order Number associated with the purchase.
3. Exchange Process
If you require a different size or color variant, please contact our Customer Care team. Once we receive and verify the returned item at our fulfillment facility, your replacement garment will be dispatched.
4. Refunds
If an exchange item is out of stock or you received a defective piece, a full refund will be processed via mobile financial services (bKash or Nagad) or bank transfer within 5 to 7 working days after inspection.
